It’s a city full of contradictions but always surprising. It’s at the same time very European and that still doesn’t feel like any other European city, it’s rainy and sunny, arty and laidback, modern and nostalgic, definitly sofisticated but not stuck up, classic and always a little bit punk for good measure.

Melbourne is a mix of organic soy lattes and great design, high fashion and spanish hot chocolate con churros, grungy street art and veggie burgers … and all cooked up together result in an aesthetic as layered as a mille-feuille. Bon appetit!
